• Our transfer rates are given on per vehicle basis except the shuttle transfer service in Cappadocia
• Our transfer rates are given in US dollar, net and inclusive of V.A.T and valid only for the IT clients who do not bear Turkish passports; not applicable for the convention and conference organizations.
• Our transfer rates are given on per/vehicle (except the regular/seat-in-coach transfer services in Istanbul and Ankara) and per/route basis.
• New model clean standard sedans or minivans, either owned or hired by us, are used for all the services. Surcharges apply for the deluxe vehicles, the prices of which can be quoted when asked.
• Our transfer services are generally carried out by the drivers who do not speak English or those who can understand English on limited basis. If you like the service to be carried out by a transferman who can understand and speak English properly (not a professional tourist guide) $50 will additionally be charged. Such a service can also be supplied by a person who can drive simultaneously and therefore the charge of this extra fee may not necessitate the assignment of a secondary person. If a professional tourist guide is requested rather than a transferman then an extra $100 would be charged for each transfer service regardless the number of the participants.
• If the assistance service for the luggage and check-in process needs to be guaranteed, extra $35 (per couple or per group for the whole locations in Turkey) is additionally charged. Then there will either be a secondary staff (not a licensed guide) to assist or the chauffeur will park the vehicle and then assist the clients.
• None of the transfer rates include any meals and admission fees to the sites en route. No sight visits are made during the transfer services.
• No fees are charged for children (who travel with their parents) who are up to 10 years old. The number of the adults is taken into consideration when quote margins are chosen.

According to the Tourism Code in Turkey all the site visits should be accompanied by a government licensed professional tourist guide. No professional tourist guides and site visits are available on our transfers and these services are carried out by our own or hired staff or subagents. Therefore, it is not possible to give any guidance service at the time of transfers.
